The Shed Steakhouse and Grill


We take great pride that all our food is prepared fresh and handmade on site. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please inform your server and they can advise you on suitable menu options or possible alternatives.

This week we are using

A Dexter cow from Deardon farm, Higher Ashton, Teign valley.

All are steaks are cut form local higher welfare beef cattle which are grass fed, all butchery is done in house.

Cheesy Nacho basket, topped with salsa and sour cream. (v)

BBQ half rack of pork loin ribs.(gf,df)

Slow cooked beef bonbons, honey, sesame, and soy dip. (df)



Beetroot and goats’ cheese parcel, chive, watercress, and black onion seeds. (v)

Sweetcorn risotto, char-grilled spring onion. (v)

Crispy cod checks with a lemon and coriander mayo. (Df)

Spiced lamb faggot, buttery carrot puree, tarragon Jus.



Roasted lamb rump, summer char-grilled vegetables, onion puree and fried new potatoes. (gf)

Pan roasted locally caught fish with a cider white bean cassoulet, pea and chive.(gf)

Wild mushroom ravioli, smoked almonds, sautéed broccoli, confit onion.(v)

Smoked chicken with a herb croquette, roasted beetroot & chicken Jus.

Slow roasted at a low temperature for a tender juicy centre and a pleasant crust. This cut is perfect for dinners who enjoy their meat cooked through.

Served carved with a double portion of hand cut chips, herb battered onion rings, handmade coleslaw, and peppercorn sauce.

The Ultimate Beef Burger

6oz beef burger with bacon, cheese, coleslaw, the shed’s own burger sauce and salad of gem lettuce, beef tomato and pickled red onion. Served in our handmade brioche roll topped with a gherkin, served with chips.

The Fried Chicken Burger

Whole chicken breast fried, served with peppercorn mayo, honey BBQ sauce, salad of gem lettuce, beef tomato and pickled red onion, in our handmade brioche roll topped with a gherkin served with chips.
