Which is exactly how we like to do things at The Shed.

Rest assured that our chefs treat our 28-day aged West Country beef with the respect it deserves (in fact, our open kitchen is testimony to their grilling finesse). Whatever your preferred cut – ribeye, fillet, sirloin – it’ll be as flavoursome and tender as our master butcher intended.

All of our beef is West Country farmed and British Farm assured. Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present and our menu descriptions do not always include all ingredients. If you have a food allergy please let us know before ordering. All weights are approximate prior to cooking. All prices include VAT at the standard rate. Any gratuities you are kind enough to give are kept by our team.
